With the goal of supporting the trans community and professionals working on different fields, NRW’s Office for Trans Matters and NRW’s Gender Diversity & Trans Network publish booklets, guidelines, and information flyers.
These publications deal with a wide range of topics related to the needs of both binary and non-binary trans people. Their goal is to provide useful information, new ideas and practical advice for professionals and trans peer support groups, as well as to promote & support social progress and to empower trans people in their diversity.
Except for the booklet Trans* refugees welcome! A guide for refugee and recently immigrated trans* people (2019), all other publications are, as of today, only available in German (click here).
You can download the publications in PDF format. Thanks to the funding provided by North Rhine-Westphalia’s Ministry for Children, Youth, Family, Equality, Refugees and Integration (MKJFGFI), the materials and its distribution are free of charge for you. The NGVT* NRW network and the specialist office appreciate any orders or downloads, as well as your interest in these publications and your support disseminating them.
