Welcome to the website of the Gender Diversity & Trans Network NRW and the Office for Trans Matters NRW!

NRW’s Gender Diversity & Trans Network (NGVT* NRW) is a state-wide association that connects different local and regional trans groups and structures in North Rhine-Westphalia.

NRW’s Office for Trans Matters (Landeskoordination Trans* NRW) is a state-wide specialist office. Its goal is to support groups and services for and/or by trans people in North Rhine-Westphalia, as well as to educate specialists, public institutions, and society as a whole about gender diversity and the needs of trans people. This office is a cooperation between NGVT* NRW and Queeres Netzwerk NRW.

This website provides information about NGVT* NRW’s board and member groups, as well as about the different ways you can get involved in the network. It also allows you to download and order print copies of the materials published by the network & the specialist office. In the “Media” section, you can find video and audio clips in which trans and non-binary people share their experiences. And under “News” you can read announcements and information regarding current events, publications, and issues. We will try to translate all posts in the news section into English, but if you want to keep up with the latest updates, please check up the German version.
